Mighty Crow’s Third Career Pathways Research Brief Published

For the third time this year, Mighty Crow’s Co-Directors of Research and Evaluation, Dr. Brieanne Beaujolais and Dr. Rebecca McCloskey, have shared a research brief based based on research from the Health Profession Opportunity Grant (HPOG) 2.0 program. The latest, entitled “Guidance for Preparing and Using Archived Qualitative Data in Research,” was produced in collaboration with the Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University.

The brief offers practical guidance on preparing and reusing archived qualitative research data. The authors hope this work can help other researchers access and build on existing studies more easily, stretching research dollars further and expanding what can be learned from the people who took part in them.

Following the publication of this third and final Career Pathways brief, Dr. Beaujolais and Dr. McCloskey are preparing a peer-reviewed journal article based on their work, and additionally will present more of their research on this topic at the American Evaluation Association Conference in November.
